Karma Sun Salutations At the Beach!
Weather permitting Saturday Morning Yoga class will take place beach side.
Embrace the elements and invigorate with an AM VINYASA!
Saluting the sun while surrounded by the warmth, the waves and the sand. Tone and connect mind and spirit.
Dress in layers. Bring your own mat or towel, sunscreen and water. Class is 75 minutes long.
